I designed the complete digital ecosystem for Ka-Tubig, a water refilling service that needed to modernize their operations. The project involved creating six different applications, each solving specific problems for different users. What I Built The POS System handles in-store sales with a clean interface that makes transactions quick. Staff can process orders in seconds with simple product selection and payment processing. The Admin Dashboard gives owners full visibility into their business. Real-time sales data, order management, and user controls are all in one place. For deeper insights, I created a Business Analytics App where owners can track trends, understand customer behavior, and make informed decisions based on actual data. The Consumer App makes ordering water easy. Customers can schedule deliveries, track orders in real-time, manage multiple addresses, and view their order history. Delivery drivers use a dedicated Delivery App with optimized routes, navigation, and simple order confirmation tools that work even with spotty internet. The Employee Management Tool handles scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking, making HR tasks less painful. The Result All six apps share the same visual language but are tailored to each user's needs. The system has streamlined operations and improved customer experience.
