Change Consulting: Transforming the global virtual meeting culture of a multinational organization
My project partner and I we were asked by the department head to design and lead a virtual change programme with the aim of making virtual and international team meetings more interactive, effective, and engaging. Target group were global strategic key account managers from APAC, LATAM and EMEA. Interventions ranged from 1:1 coaching, 90-minute online workshops (spaced over a period of time) with short inputs as well as peer exchange and transfer assignments, shadowing of "real-live" meetings with global teams, in which the participants directly and immediately implemented what they earned and received feedback from an external consultant, to the involvement of the upper leadership level to empower them to adequately accompany the development and transformation process as role models and coaches.
The whole program was conducted in a purely virtual format with company-specific communication media.
