Unternehmen unterstütze ich dabei, freie Stellen zu besetzen. Ich stehe sowohl den Unternehmen als auch den Jobsuchenden beratend zur Verfügung, auch nach der Einstellung. Ich mache auch Onboarding und coache und berate zu interkultureller Kommunikation.
Transformation of global virtual meeting culture

Change Consulting: Transforming the global virtual meeting culture of a multinational organization
My project partner and I we were asked by the department head to design and lead a virtual change programme with the aim of making virtual and international team meetings more interactive, effective, and engaging. Target group were global strategic key account managers from APAC, LATAM and EMEA. Interventions ranged from 1:1 coaching, 90-minute online workshops (spaced over a period of time) with short inputs as well as peer exchange and transfer assignments, shadowing of "real-live" meetings with global teams, in which the participants directly and immediately implemented what they earned and received feedback from an external consultant, to the involvement of the upper leadership level to empower them to adequately accompany the development and transformation process as role models and coaches.
The whole program was conducted in a purely virtual format with company-specific communication media.
Leadership Development and Coaching

Development: Global leadership development of leaders of a multinational organization
Together with six other consultants, I co-designed and facilitated a global virtual leadership development programme for senior leaders from APAC, EMEA and LATAM, run once a year with a group of approx. 70 leaders worldwide. The group was divided into culturally and functionally mixed teams of eight international participants. The overall objective was to develop the virtual and intercultural leadership competency of leaders and project managers leading a geographically dispersed team. The program also focused on leading in times of change and complex environments as well as cultural awareness.
My tasks included:
- Conceptual co-design and continuous improvement of programme content
- Co-design and facilitation of interactive virtual workshops for the whole group (Kick-off)
- Co-design and facilitation of interactive virtual workshops for small learning teams
- Shadowing of virtual team meetings
- Conducting of 1:1 coaching calls with participants
- Facilitation of peer coaching
- Guidance and tutoring of participants through an action learning process
- Community management
