Commercial strategy, an AI knowledge system and website development for a health-coaching business
· Gesundheit und Soziales
September 2026 — November 2026
Engagement scope: 12-week project.
The business needed its offers, pricing and website to communicate the full value of the practitioner's work. My role covers the commercial strategy, a client knowledge system for AI-assisted work, and the website's design and development.
Positioning and commercial decisions
I examined the practitioner's approach, existing programs and client feedback alongside audience and competitor research. I used that work to develop the positioning, value propositions and the role of each offer within the business.
Private coaching had been packaged around paid appointment hours. Preparation, personalized guidance and support between sessions were substantial parts of the service. I developed a defined program and pricing that accounted for that work, with a standard price and an introductory option.
For the group program, I made preparation, live coaching, independent practice and follow-up explicit in the offer. The self-guided products were positioned for customers who want practical resources without coaching. Each offer has a defined level of support, with pricing and expectations developed around it.
A second brain for the business
I built a structured client knowledge system containing the practitioner's method, audience research, positioning, offers, brand voice and supporting evidence. It records the sources behind decisions and distinguishes approved details from proposals.
This gives AI-assisted research, content and website work a shared reference for the business. Updates to an offer, a price or the brand voice have a defined home that subsequent work can use.
Website strategy, UI/UX, design and build
I developed the page-by-page website structure and specified distinct routes for different buying decisions. A comparison page helps visitors choose between group and private coaching. Self-guided product pages lead directly to purchase, while private coaching leads to a consultation. Group enrollment has its own route. The site therefore gives each offer a relevant next step, without directing every visitor into a call.
My role includes the visual design, UI/UX and website build, with AI-assisted content development under my direction. The work translates the commercial decisions into how visitors understand and choose between the services.
SEO/GEO and search research
I researched UK keywords and competing offers, audited the homepage draft and sitemap, and developed page-specific recommendations for search intent, metadata and content. Each commercial page has a defined search role tied to an actual offer. The research also identified where additional service pages would duplicate intent or suggest services the business doesn't separately sell.
What the project establishes
The client approved the main private program's duration and pricing, along with the group program and digital-product prices. The second brain and commercial planning documents are in place, providing a shared basis for the website and further AI-assisted work.
Website design and development are within the engagement. Post-launch sales and search results are not part of this case.
MarketingstrategieRepositioning a pharmacy-sector business and turning audience interest into sales conversations
· Pharma und Medizintechnik
April 2026 — Juni 2026
Project duration: 12 weeks.
Project scope: Marketing strategy, positioning, website design and AI-assisted campaign systems.
The client sells digital services to pharmacies. Many of the pharmacy owners it wanted to reach already had a website, shop or app. Giving them a compelling reason to choose the business meant understanding what they needed next.
I examined the market shift, competing offers, pharmacy owners’ commercial pressures and the obstacles between buying a digital tool and getting value from it. That research changed the positioning: keeping customer relationships as buying moves online, encouraging repeat use and making everyday processes easier. For example, an app’s value depends on what brings a customer back after the download. That distinction shaped the campaign angles and how the offer was explained.
From occasional emails to a weekly newsletter and structured sales follow-up
Before my involvement, the business sent occasional newsletters. It had no weekly editorial strategy or established process for turning audience engagement into segmented, prioritized sales follow-up. I put that structure in place, giving the team a recurring way to understand who was responding, what interested them and whom to follow up with.
I developed the newsletter strategy and a 52-week editorial plan around the decisions owners face. Each edition had a defined job: help the reader understand a change, recognize the cause of a familiar problem, take one practical action or see evidence that an approach works. The topic, argument and next step followed that purpose.
Alongside this, I analyzed engagement history, organized contacts by behavior and interest, and established a process for prioritizing sales follow-up. AI assistants supported research and production within a documented workflow, with source checks, editorial review and human approval. I owned the strategic direction and quality decisions.
Newsletter results over eight weeks
• 239 contacts recorded their first email open, checked against nearly three years of available campaign history. 99 of those 239 opened again: 41%.
• 2,729 contacts opened at least one of the eight editions; 773 opened every edition.
• The eight editions achieved an average recorded open rate of 26.3%, with the latest reaching 27.3%, measured across delivered emails within the first 52 hours of each send.
• Across the wider email campaigns, I identified 47 sales leads for follow-up from engagement signals. The email sales pipeline recorded seven booked appointments, including three linked to the newsletter. The client’s team handled the sales conversations.
The same strategy applied to the website and search
I developed the website’s structure, visual design and responsive layouts around the questions buyers need answered before making an inquiry. Market, competitor and keyword research informed the SEO/GEO content strategy, including glossary pages, evergreen articles and internal linking.
I integrated newsletter signup with the email marketing software and tested the complete subscription and confirmation process. I also built an interactive calculator so owners could explore a financial scenario using their own figures.
The work connected the company’s positioning, website, search content and email program, with a repeatable production process and a clear handoff from campaign interest to sales follow-up.
Results cover the newsletter launch and first eight weekly editions. Open figures are recorded email opens.
