ThyroPal is an inclusive companion app for over 10 million thyroid patients in Germany empowering them to get the care they need. I validated a concept and an MVP for the app with Lean UX Research and Rapid Prototyping methods, resulting in an interactive Figma prototype, a design system, and a roadmap for implementation.

As the team's product owner, I improved the LichtBlick app’s conversion rate for renewable power and gas contracts by increasing the transparency of pricing and benefits. Together with the cross-functional app team, I enhanced the user experience and self-service functionality in the LichtBlick mobile app, a personal control center and smart companion for climate-neutral energy. I helped conduct usability tests for energy price cap communication, launch of a new flexible power tariff, and a power wallet.

LichtBlick is Germany's pioneer for renewable energy paving the way to net-zero living with climate-neutral electricity, heating, e-mobility and solar power systems. 

I first audited and am now redesigning the checkout flow for an NGO to improve conversion rates for regular donations.
