I'm a purpose-driven entrepreneur with a background in startups and consulting. During my studies at a leading digital university in Germany and my practical work, I gained experience in fast-growing organisations. I enjoy finding solutions to social issues and deepening my knowledge of building fast-growing companies. Furthermore, I learned my skills while participating in the leading global pre-seed accelerator, "Founder Institute," and applied them to launching a student management consultancy. Especially the team building, structured work, distribution and rapid implementation have won our consultancy the "Projekt des Jahres 2021" award. I like to think and work creatively and yet analytically. At the same time, I have a quick grasp of things and can present ideas and information comprehensibly, which I could prove in various projects during my academic career and my non-university engagements. Working in a team is essential because I value diverse opinions and develop ideas in exchange with others. I often take on a moderating role in the group.
