Dear clients, I am Jihee Hwang, a service designer who tackles complex challenges through a holistic and systemic approach to understand outcomes and consequences in between micro and macro level and across the silos. Most recently, as a master's student, our digital team worked with the City of Cologne to how we can inspire people to participate in public planning processes and work with the city administration to rethink services, promote digitization, and live innovation. Previously, I worked as a product designer at Algorigo - IoT device based AI healthcare startup in Seoul, Korea Working as an in-house designer, our team launched a healthcare product(B2C) in the US, pushed forward an educational product(B2B) on UX research to validate (including Beta test planning- test implementation) and discover further B2C customers. As for a partner with Hyundai, I joined a future mobility concept project. Alongside, I improved the UX UI of a healthcare product: gait analyzer with pressure sensor tracker interface targeting orthopedics. Furthermore, I was participating as a service designer in the Seoul design governance project which led to 500 people's engagement at the end. Several interesting projects and hackathons gave me the first prize from the Ministry of Science and ICT, Korea, and the Second prize from the Ningbo Municipal people's government CCID. Working as an intern in Thomas Foto studio, Hamburg, I joined the Hessen idea competition and was listed as the finalist and so on. I have been working as a freelancer and have been dealt with many project proposals, IR docs, web design, commercial mattered mediums.
